As a Hearing Care Provider, you will be at the forefront of patient care, delivering life-changing hearing solutions to individuals with hearing loss. You will manage the entire patient process, from conducting comprehensive hearing tests to fitting state-of-the-art hearing instruments, ensuring each patient receives an outstanding experience. Your role will also involve managing the daily operations of the Winnipeg office, leading a team, and driving business success through superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Patient Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations, including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, MCL, and speech testing.
  • Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
  • Follow-Up Care: Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check-ups and maintenance care to ensure long -term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage assistant staff and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Financial Performance: Ensure the clinic meets financial goals and tracking the success of marketing initiatives.
     

What We're Looking For
 

  • A current license to dispense hearing instruments in Manitoba (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and/or fitting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain test results clearly to patients.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to manage office operations effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
