Description:
We are hiring a Head of Growth Canada (m/f/d) for our Canadian market at our location in Fredericton or remotely with a preference for New Brunswick or Toronto.
Your tasks
- Own the customer journey of our Canadian University UFred for the Canadian Market from first conversion of the user to becoming a student
- Define conversion strategy throughout the customer acquisition funnel
- Identify and prioritise initiatives based on data to drive growth
- Directly leading marketing teams to ensure optimal and conversion-oriented customer journey
- Closely collaborate with other teams and units (e.g., performance marketing, sales) to improve overall results
- Measure success along defined Metrics/KPIs and leverage insights for continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree in business, economics or related field
- Strong data acumen with experience in making data-driven decisions
- Experience with steering a team, leverage cross-unit resources and external service providers to implement marketing initiatives
- Experience with customer-centric and target group focused communication
- Ideally experience in a conversion-oriented B2C environment such as e-commerce
- Ideally experience with marketing in an international environment and in a go-to-market setting
- Hands-on mentality and drive to ensure implementation by overcoming challenges independently
- Business fluent written and spoken English
