Description:
Creating invoices for WIP, direct bill and fees, contract set-ups, commission analysis and ensuring reconciliation of cash and carrier receivables
WIP invoices and fees are working on non-standard and issues with the Offshore teams
Provide analysis to achieving financial objectives, including - budgeting, forecasting, tracking variances, etc.
Assist with the annual budgeting processes, including data collection and analysisLoad monthly revenue extracts from subsystem(s) to GL
Respond to internal ad-hoc requests as assigned

Skills and experience that will lead to success
FP&A experience (Forecasting, Planning and Analysis) is required
Minimum 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a corporate environment
Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated technical accounting and finance competency
Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with leaders to cultivate and maintain strong relationships
Detail oriented but able to step back to understand and articulate the bigger picture
Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize multiple projects
Experience in the insurance industry is an asset
