Guest Experience Centre Consultant

The Guest Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our Guests and work with Recipe's branded restaurants to provide the perfect Guest experience each and every time. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for processing all Guest complaints, concerns and inquiries accurately while ensuring all standards are achieved.


What you will do in this role:

  • Engage with Guests to create a lasting impression of positive Guest Experience for 10+ Recipe brands
  • Monitor and engage with Guests on various social media and review platforms
  • Attentively listen and process Guest concerns, comments and inquiries via phone, email and web
  • Ensure all concerns are escalated to the correct departments for review, as set out by department standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What we are looking for from you:

  • Positive attitude with the ability to work well independently and part of a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and high attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent telephone mannerisms
  • Experience in Communications and Social Media is preferred
  • French speaking and written communication skills are an asset
  • High school diploma required and post-secondary education an asset
