Group Sales Leader

 

Description:

The Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and creative strategies to generate new business relationships while managing current relationships
  • Grow and maintain existing customer relationships through friendly and professional communication; act as a liaison to address and resolve any concerns
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities in target markets
  • Oversee the execution of group events to provide an excellent customer experience, including collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional events, advertising campaigns, and other key initiatives that drive group sales
  • Monitor feedback, trends, and competition to improve community interactions and best position Activate’s Group Sales offerings

 

The Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales focused with excellent relationship management skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and adaptable to new software
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Be a team player and understand the work process of others
  • Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 10% of the time
