Description:
The Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and creative strategies to generate new business relationships while managing current relationships
- Grow and maintain existing customer relationships through friendly and professional communication; act as a liaison to address and resolve any concerns
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in target markets
- Oversee the execution of group events to provide an excellent customer experience, including collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to meet customer requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional events, advertising campaigns, and other key initiatives that drive group sales
- Monitor feedback, trends, and competition to improve community interactions and best position Activate’s Group Sales offerings
The Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales focused with excellent relationship management skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and adaptable to new software
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Be a team player and understand the work process of others
- Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 10% of the time
