Primary Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design various visual materials for the website, ads, campaigns, training decks, social media outreach and more.
- Build splashy and informative how-to videos and other product support assets.
- Design and coordinate printing of collateral like brochures, tradeshow displays, business cards, and other SWAG items as needed.
- Manage all internal and external videography, including the production and recording of live training sessions
- Prepare layout files for commercial printing and prepare/convert files for online use.
- Assist the marketing team with product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Video Production, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic and video experience.
- Strong proficiency with internal style guides and expertise in design, layout, and graphic illustration.
- Ability to design and craft creative and enticing marketing materials and campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in video production and editing.
- Experience or aptitude for learning Adobe After Effects (or similar).
- Experience using CMS like WordPress.
- Ability to juggle multiple and changing business priorities, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft business applications.
- Interest in growing your UI design and 3D rendering skills using programs like FIGMA and Modo.
- Understanding of marketing and brand promotion, able to integrate design with marketing strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
- An online portfolio of recent video and graphic design work examples is required.
