Description:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that communicate our brand’s message and captivate our audience across digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, original graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
- Ensure all visual assets align with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all channels.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual storytelling, actively participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Revise designs based on feedback, staying open to constructive critique, and refining work to meet project standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred).Thorough understanding of the use of communications media to achieve client’s objectives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
