Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer at Craib Design & Communications, you’re not just a creative thinker-you’re a key player in our team. Your ability to articulate ideas visually and create stunning, accessible designs is what keeps our clients coming back. You’ll contribute to multiple projects from concept to production, engaging with our team members as needed. Your visually impactful aesthetic, attention to detail, and passion for design are essential to our team’s success. With our current hybrid model, including two office days in our downtown Toronto studio, you’ll have the support you need to flourish.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supporting our design team in creating typesetting annual reports, sustainability reports, branding, websites,
  and other corporate communications materials for companies in multiple sectors
• Ability to work closely with our design team to execute design objectives
• Ensuring project schedules and timelines are met
• Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables
• Ensure files are prepared for digital or print production as required

A few things we would like to see from you

• 5+ years of design work experience in an agency environment
• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
• Experience in publication/editorial design, annual reports, CSR reports and branding projects
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative suite, Figma, and flexibility in learning new software
• Developed communication skills and ability to articulate creative ideas
• The ability to analyze technical and financial information and interpret these ideas visually
• RGD accreditation is an asset
