Responsibilities:
- Design and create materials like brochures, ads, emailers, tradeshow signage, and product packaging.
- Develop email campaign art for promotions and specials.
- Edit and resize photos from in-house studio shoots.
- Collaborate with the Web Coordinator to maintain and update web assets weekly.
- Support social media efforts with your business knowledge of various channels.
- Create mood boards and assist the Photographer with styling sets in the studio.
Qualifications:
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills across departments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe CS5 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a must) and Microsoft Office.
- Degree in design or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in home décor and accessories.
- Adaptable, takes direction well, and thrives under minimal supervision.
- Able to prioritize and shift projects based on business needs.
