Description:
- Design attractive social media posts, reels & stories to catch the audience's attention
- Identify and implement tactics to drive key social media outcomes such as followers, awareness, engagement, and organic site traffic
- Create social media posts that support marketing campaigns, program launches, Sonderly products etc.
- Identify opportunities to include social media platforms in the client experience
- Create and manage social media campaigns and paid ads
- Track and measure social media performance through data analytics and reporting
- Monitor and report on social media trends within the ASD community
- Utilize social media tools such as geo-targeting and language specifications to increase post performance and reach
- Stay on top of current social trends, new features, and competitor analysis
- Act as key contact for all platforms and tools needed for social media
- Design digital assets, including photos, made-for-social graphics, post copy, video, UGC content, and more
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-year related work experience
- Degree or diploma in relevant field or a combination of education and experience may be considered
- Must be organized and practice effective time management
- Graphic design experience is a plus (Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, and best practices for content development and community engagement across a variety of channels
- Proven ability in integrating digital communication tactics into communication planning, including SharePoint sites, knowledge management platforms, websites, social media platforms, blogs, podcasts, and video elements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and with others as a team
- Satisfactory current Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
- Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
