About the People Team

• The team's mission is to make people grow at Gorgias: to grow as individuals - with great trainings and clear career paths - and grow as a team by hiring the best talents and by creating a great cohesion and a strong culture.

• In the People Team, we all work together in common projects but we're split into 3 sub-teams: the Recruiting team, People Experience team, Talent & Career Development team and we’re also globally distributed! As a Workplace Manager, you'll be reporting to the People Operations Sr Manager, Andrea. There’s 12 of us in the People Ops team now!

About the Role

As a Global Workplace Manager at Gorgias, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the workplace experience for our global team. Your mission is to drive operational excellence in our facilities and remote as we continue to scale, develop and implement innovative workplace strategies, and create a sense of community and cross-collaboration within our offices. Your responsibilities extend to building and managing a team to support these objectives, making you a key driver of success. We are seeking a dynamic individual who not only possesses the experience to tackle current challenges but is also eager to explore new approaches to enhance our workplace experience.
