Description:

Project Management:

  • Support the Managing Director of Global Digital Marketing in the annual planning process of strategic initiatives and BAU activities and structure a resulting program to support delivery of all initiatives.
  • Provide program level change leadership to ensure the vision and objectives of the large-scale transformation are driven properly, and ensure change management are in place to deliver the anticipated program benefits.
  • Provide executive reporting and status updates outlining financials, resourcing, risks & remediation, opportunities and recommendations.
  • Establish program dashboard/view as an integrated set of project plans.
  • Provides visibility to program level issues and risks and ensures they are identified, quantified, managed and tracked. Facilitates resolution of core issues between multiple executive stakeholders where required.
  • Lead complex and large-scale projects from initiation to completion.

Contract Management:

  • Lead the annual contract management process with all Global Digital Marketing vendor partners. Collaborate with GDM contract owners to ensure proper negotiation of new and renewing contracts and meeting procurement expectations and deadlines.
  • Ensure proper independence reviews are conducted in a timely fashion with audit partners and procurement.
  • Own and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contacts, communications, and escalation process (e.g., engage with Customer Success, Account Management, etc).
