General Services Supervisor

Description:

• Direct responsibility for ensuring that all sub-contractors are compliant with HSSE requirements and are operating in a safe manner at all times
• Preparing all required work permits and review of safe work plans, ensuring accuracy, communication to subcontracted workers and execution
• Direct supervision of all selected sub-contractors, ensuring that the intended objectives of the various contracts are met
• Direct supervision of on-site janitorial staff
• Identification and effective response to ad hoc maintenance needs are met
• Contribute to scope development for subcontracted contracts where applicable
• Miscellaneous on demand services such as vehicle cleaning, handyman work, schedule and deliver vehicles for service, etc.

Qualifications Include:

• 2 years of experience directly related to supervisory duties and responsibilities specified.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexible after hours availability, whenever necessary.
