Responsibilities:

As a full-stack engineer, you will be focusing on the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, covering the inception, development, testing, release and ongoing maintenance of a product or service. You would be working with the business stakeholders, architects and other engineers in a culture of collaboration.

Our engineers continually enhance their skills within a number of specialisms which include front end, development, security, testing and operational support. We keep our skills up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data privacy, consent and data residency. We focus on automating processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data. We create technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality. We own production quality and provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents. We ensure service resilience, service sustainability and ensure recovery time objectives are met. We maintain the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements

We are looking for engineers with some Java development experience, the ability to work with infrastructure deployed on Linux or Windows and experience with relational databases is highly desirable. Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform is helpful. Experience with Securities Finance or Equities is helpful but not essential. The most important skills we are looking for is that you are technically adept, eager to learn, happy to challenge and be challenged and who want to join us on our technology journey.
