Description:
Key Accountabilities:
Builds, codes, tests, maintain high quality software.
Participates in Agile sprints and ceremonies; supports rapid iteration and development.
Translates user requirements into software requirements.
Designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains, and improves business applications as a member of a team, works across full stack through entire software development lifecycle.
Accepts and modifies specifications and standards.
Manages portions of development project
Job Requirements:
Must have minimum 5 years IT industry experience
Must have Front end development experience for at least 3 to 5 years with 3 or more years in a similar position
Solid hands-on experience in React, Node.js, Express, JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3 and writing front end tests.
Experience in designing solid React components with Redux, that is reusable, efficient, and easy to maintain; Knowledge of React server-side rendering.
Solid CSS experience in building user interfaces with scalability and mobile responsiveness in mind.
Experience in building digital products with accessibility in mind and conducting accessibility testing throughout the design and development processes.
Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.
Experience working/communicating with clients and stakeholders while being empathetic to their needs.
Good verbal and written communication; effectively articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
