Description:
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you are responsible for delivering an excellent guest and Hilton member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Guest check-ins and check outs in accordance with hotel standards
- Assign guests to hotel rooms
- Take reservations via telephone, fax, and other correspondence
- Verify method of payment
- Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and general information
- Resolve guest concerns
- Ensure the lobby and work area are clean and free of debris
- Ensure Home2 Market is fully stocked with fresh coffee and tea
- Ensure communication between different shifts and departments
- Oversee and monitor boardroom operations which includes preparation and cleaning
- Assist other departments wherever necessary
Skills Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Previous front desk / guest services experience is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer skills necessary
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Commitment to going above and beyond for our guests
