French/english Analyst

Description:

Creative Circle, a renowned recruitment agency specializing in creative and marketing talent, is currently seeking a French/English Analyst to work on a freelance basis for one of their financial services clients. This remote position offers 15 to 20 hours per week, providing flexibility to work from home while contributing to impactful client projects.

The successful candidate will work within an agency team and serve as a client-facing resource, responsible for providing valuable website analytics, insights, and performance reports. This role focuses on analyzing website data, supporting marketing campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, and assisting in setting up and managing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on website analytics for a financial services client.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website optimizations.
• Collaborate with the agency team and directly communicate with the client to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Configure and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Request and compile specific data as per client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Experience using social media analytics and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
