The Division:

The Corporate Services Division provides leadership, direction, governance and support services to the Ministry of Citizens’ Services (over 2200 employees in 65 communities) with respect to financial management, strategic human resources, corporate projects, strategic and business planning, enterprise risk management and facilities management and security.

The Financial & Administrative Services Branch is the central financial team within the Corporate Services Division of the Ministry of Citizens’ Services and is responsible for the overall financial management framework. Services include; budgeting and forecasting for expenditures; recoveries; corporate monitoring and reporting; core financial operations; financial policy advice; contract management administration and expertise; risk & assurance; and facilities coordination.

Reporting to the Financial Services Supervisor, the position is responsible for providing advanced financial and contract support services and interpretation to all Ministry clients, fellow team members, and resolving client/supplier issues while providing first tier user support for Corporate Financial System (CFS) to the Ministry
