The Financial Processing Administrator will be responsible for accurately administering a wide variety of transactional activities on-behalf of our clients. Your contribution to a great experience for our Clients will be aided by a variety of Automated technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Review all requests for completeness before making updates to the Transfer Agent System, FundServ etc.
  • Accuracy is of great importance which we validate by your QC effort
  • Perform peer review of updates to maintain exceptional service
  • Leverage the wide selection of courses available on CI Learn to improve your knowledge
  • Assist with the Machine Learning automation project
  • Perform sundry project duties as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Financial Services Industry experience an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while paying attention to details
  • Worked in team environment
  • Formal education, College or higher preferred
  • IFIC or Canadian Securities Course would be an asset
  • Familiar with various Account Types used to save for Financial goals
  • Mutual Fund knowledge would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Typing speeds greater than 65 WPM
  • Commitment to continual learning
