Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and capable financial manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about financials and details and is happy to roll up the sleeves and take care of the day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
· Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures
· Prepare or coordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports
· Prepare the monthly financial statements and interpret financial information to managers
· Recruit, organize, train and manage accounting staff
· Report any concerns that are critical to the company’s financial performance
· Provide guidance to the accounting staff when handling non-routine and complex transactions
· Lead accounting team to complete month end and year end processing in a timely and efficient manner
· Perform financial analysis, including cost-benefit analyses, budget vs actual analyses and etc.
· Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
· Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
· 5+ years in accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis are required
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting
· At least 3 years of work experience as a manager role
