You’re also a recent or upcoming spring 2023 college graduate with a degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with a GPA of 3.2 or higher. You’re also authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis now and in the future and can travel one week per month to an assigned production facility.

What You’ll Do
The Financial Analyst drives business results by providing cost-focused decision support analysis to leaders in finance and operations. As you support one of our North American manufacturing sites, you may find yourself working with a cross-functional team bringing a new, exciting product to market or providing insights to drive a million-dollar savings program.
Monitor manufacturing costs, analyze monthly variances, and help develop forecasts and budgets
Communicate financial results and make recommendations on actions needed to meet targets
Drive consistent application of established financial controls
Perform financial analyses to identify and support cost reduction, capital, or other opportunities
Train peers and mill operations teams about relevant financial and relevant business concepts
Participation in “leap” assignments designed to give analyst exposure to roles and work in other areas of corporation
