Description:
Q&A support, training, and collaborating with the due diligence team, Enghouse IT applications team, and other departmental leaders to support the tight timeline of integration all acquisitions into our global ERP/reporting systems within one quarter of acquiring a company. He/She will lead weekly cadence meetings by assigning tasks to various task owners; updating department leaders on project deadlines and participating in Senior Management business integration meetings highlighting all areas of the finance integration processes.

What will you do:
A tech-savvy individual with a systems orientation who can roll up their sleeves to ensure that acquisitions integration checklists and timelines are closely monitored.
Liaise with the IT technical Great Plains staff to ensure finance system configurations surrounding business system issues, business rules & processes are being followed.
Project management and full cycle implementations of Great Plains including business requirements gathering, review, validation & testing of the General Ledger ERP modules.
Develop & update training documentation once system changes are made and lead short training sessions to educate the finance staff in understanding best practices.
Great Plains Database cleansing and data manipulation for system migrations
Develop ad-hoc reports and other tools as needed
