Finance Lead

 

Description:

The Finance Lead will play a crucial role in organizational financial governance. The lead will work closely with the other leads in ensuring budgets are met and actual budgets are documented.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organize finances, produce a yearly and events-based operating budget, review fiscal responsibility, and communicate regular financial updates of the budget
  • Maintain transparency and accountability of all TRALA financial information by providing monthly updates on budgets and processes for internal operations
  • Act as a signing authority for all legally binding contracts and financial accounts TRALA
  • Suggest ways to improve financial spending on events
  • Facilitating reimbursements to alumni via TRSM Policies

  • Experience in creating Excel spreadsheets
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience working in student groups
