Description:
As a Finance and Insurance Consultant, the duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
- Conducting all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle.
- Maintaining control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the office.
- Assisting the sales staff in preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
- Assisting the sales staff regarding benefits of finance and lease programs.
- Following up with previous and new customers to build and maintain rapport and relationships.
- Ensuring customer service is top priority.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (Prior automotive dealership experience considered an asset).
- Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
