Description:

This course will be a hyflex class where a portion of students will be participating in person and other students will be participating remotely through zoom. The instructor will teach this course in person on campus.

The course description is as follows: an introduction to the fundamental valuation techniques used in finance. Topics will include: discounted cash flow analysis, net present value, capital budgeting, risk, asset and security valuation, and corporate capital structure.

Position Requirements

Candidates are expected to possess a relevant master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in combination with a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In some cases a bachelor’s degree in combination with relevant experience may suffice.
