Field Technician

The successful candidate will perform construction work on important capital projects involving the installation and repair of various types of municipal infrastructure. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Completion of senior secondary school or its equivalent.

• Must obtain BC EOCP Level I Certificate in Water Distribution Systems and Wastewater Collection Systems within 2.5 years of starting the position;

• Minimum two years’ previous experience in the installation and/or repair of water, and wastewater infrastructure.

• Valid BC Driver’s Licence – Class 5.
