Field Coordinator

Description:

My client is a professional managed and established company in GTA. They provide assurance and advisory services in materials, geotechnical and related areas within the civil engineering business eco space.

They are currently looking for back up Field Coordinators. (Two positions).

The job of a Field Coordinator (see job profile) entails managing a mid sized team of senior and junior field inspectors besides liaising with clients on their Inspection and Testing requests/requirements for soils, concrete, asphalt & other civil engineering construction related tests/tasks.

Excellent communication (spoken & written English) skills plus ease in the use of apps & custom-built programs in a fully digital environment are pre requisites.

Initial, limited, on-job training in overseeing the operation as per my client’s “service delivery model” will be provided. Back up Field Coordinators will step up to the role of a field coordinator when required and at other times join the field inspection teams in an area of their training& comfort.
