Faculty Position In Emerging Technologies

Description:

Candidates must have, or be
nearing completion of, a doctoral degree in accounting, finance, business, information
systems, or a related field by the start date of the appointment. The
successful candidate is expected to continue conducting high-quality research
targeting top-tier journals on topics of interest to accounting, finance, and/or
information systems scholars.
While not required, preference will be
given to candidates with outstanding
research capabilities that align with current faculty interests (e.g.,
analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, algorithmic management). The successful
candidate will also be responsible for teaching, coordinating, and designing
courses within the school related to data analytics, emerging technologies, and
accounting information systems. Candidates who can demonstrate thought
leadership and are interested in engaging in executive education or pedagogical
innovation will be considered positively. While not required, a professional designation in accounting or finance would also be an asset.
