Experiential Graphic Design Lead

What you will do:

• Lead a team of creative professionals to create and execute innovative Experiential Graphic Design (EGD) solutions in keeping with the design approach/process of our studio
• Be a key partner on fast-paced interdisciplinary projects in collaboration with our studios Architects and Interior Designers.
• Design and specify components of Wayfinding and Signage systems for fabrication and installation intent, including design specifications, details and sections.
• Ensure designs follow project schedules and quality standards.
• Liaise directly with clients.
• Responsible for financial review of projects, fee proposal preparation and RFP collaboration.
• Lead client presentations and participate in Business Development in collaboration with our Marketing team and leadership.
• Oversee and/or assist the work of the EGD team.
