Managing the owners’ schedule
- Co-ordinate client meetings and contacts using Customer Relationship Management system.
- Set them up for success in their daily activities by strategically managing access to their time and attention.
- Proactively manage calendar and remain flexible to multiple changes.
- Provide high-quality support while anticipating needs.
- Set up client meetings and organize materials.
- Provide rock solid general administrative support (managing emails, ordering supplies, mail).
Company strategy and growth
- Work closely with owner to prioritize important projects, provide frequent updates, and ensure completion.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers from investment dealer, mutual fund companies and insurance carriers to ensure efficient and accurate workflow.
- Prioritize clients and situations in need of attention.
- Troubleshoot and anticipate needs.
- Process investment account applications, transfers and trades efficiently with accuracy and consistency. The ability to focus and a strong attention to detail are of utmost importance.
- Adherence to a strict code of confidentiality.
