Description:

Basic requirements Diploma in Office Administration OR other combination of education and experience, along with demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Minimum 2 years of recent related executive administration experience. Advanced knowledge of computers, including MS Office, electronic mail, clinical information systems and ideally Pubmed, Adobe Pro, CCV software and EPIC. Suitability Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Able to work independently with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Strong time-management skills and an ability to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks. Able to take initiative, to meet deadlines, be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment. Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills. Highly reliable. Research experience considered to be an asset. Calendar management and booking meetings. Discretion and confidentiality. Able to make travel and accommodation arrangements. Preferred qualifications Preferred knowledge and experience with hospital processes and policies, professional licensing bodies and granting agency requirements. Advanced medical terminology. Spoken and written French fluency is preferred.
