Executive Assistant

 

Description:

  • Post-secondary education/training in Office Administration, or an equivalent combination of education/training with considerable related experience may be considered.
  • Executive administrative experience supporting senior level management staff.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting and editing correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on concurrent assignments while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to respond in a highly professional manner over the phone, by email, etc.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in handling highly sensitive material and information in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supervising staff, including assigning and overseeing work, managing performance, and motivating direct reports.


Desired:

  • Ability to provide service in both official languages.
