Executive Assistant

 

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to make decisions easier and lives better for the Corporate Marketing team. This role will support two executives from Corporate Marketing. You will be a trusted partner, work collaboratively with Corporate Marketing teams on administrative and operations projects, to enable the team to do their best work every day.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the central point of contact for office management, which includes managing office vendors, workspace planning, and office supplies. This includes technology issues support.
  • Support executives on travel arrangements, expense management, and internal / external meetings.
  • Support recruitment of contractors and new employees
  • Support all office events by taking care of meeting logistics for All Hands meetings, team building activities, off-sites, holiday parties; and provide administrative and on-site support to the Experiential Marketing team as required
  • Other duties as required

 

About you:

  • 10+ years experience in an administrative role at a large global organization
  • Must be tech savvy and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Confident and professional communicator both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters, such as board meeting documents
  • Friendly nature with natural emotional intelligence
  • Attention to detail and very organized
