Executive Administrative Team Lead

 

Description:


The main responsibility of the role is to build morale and advocate for the EA team, provide coaching and development support, manage the development budget and planning, schedule team building and off-site events, manage eligibility for new executives, ensure coverage for time off, review and recommend changes to processes, provide coverage if required, and participate in performance calibration across the team.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Will support and provide coaching, development and career planning where required for the EA team.
  • Define the EA model and criteria for support. Create standards and processes for EA support and identify efficiencies, coverage and opportunities to support with scale.
  • Create a calendar of events for training, offsites and teambuilding. Manage a budget for the team.
  • Influence and negotiate support and coverage with senior executives.
  • Assign support and manage changes across the team. Resolve challenges and advocate for the EA team.

  • 10+ years EA experience
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong EQ and problem solving skills
