The candidate should be result-driven, and business-minded.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a regional sales manager or equivalent experience.

• Should be able to work independently.

• Some familiarity with the advertising industry.

• Advanced selling, communication, customer service and negotiation skills.

• Experience preparing and delivering presentations.

• Ability to perform timely work with a strong attention to detail, organization, efficiency, deadlines and prioritization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present proposals quotations and recommend sales strategies to existing and prospective customers.

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Establish regional coverage plan to define type and frequency of customer support needed to meet sales goals.

• Meet or exceed regional sales financial objectives.

• Identify sales leads, through referrals, social media, cold calling, etc.
