Description:
As part of the delivery of a fully integrated demand generation strategy, The Event Marketing Manager will plan, market, and execute our sponsorship activations at industry events. The Event Marketing Manager will also grow our presence at sponsored events including connecting elements of programming to our comprehensive event marketing initiatives and optimize the planning and execution of a high-quality event experience. You are a creative thinker, a skilled communicator, and a savvy marketer and negotiator that knows how to roll up your sleeves and execute to get the job done
- Collaborate and communicate with members of the Demand Marketing group to spearhead initiatives focused on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, customer advocacy, and more via the sponsored events channel
- Partner with our Sales teams on setting and achieving events KPIs and ROI metrics in place
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on the predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using the available tools
- Establish a comprehensive events calendar by finding and evaluating event and sponsorship opportunities that are aligned with our demand generation and brand awareness goals
- Develop and manage a comprehensive event and sponsorship budget in partnership with the Director of Event Marketing
- Lead all aspects of the planning and execution process for our sponsored events calendar (internal and external facing resources) to enhance visibility, awareness, and enablement of all audiences by using pre- during- and post-event marketing tactics.
- Work through cross functional collaboration and alignment with product marketing, Subject Matter Experts (SME) partners to plan, track, and measure program planning including logistics, topic ideation, and pull through marketing initiatives to extend the reach of Assent’s event marketing investments.
- Coordination of the promotion and communication plans related to sponsored events including marketing stakeholders for all event emails, landing pages, and supplemental collateral where necessary.
