About the Role
Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources
Meet or exceed sales objectives at the Enterprise level
Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews
Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends
Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies
Basic Skill Requirements
8+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company
Experience selling Cloud solutions
Experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales & large projects
Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills
Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
BS/BA Degree or relevant experience
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Skill Requirements
12+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology company
Telephony or contact center experience desired
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Salesforce CRM experience
