Lead a team of talented engineers through a technical and organizational transformation, as well as a significant increase in scale. This full-stack team will oversee everything from system architecture to user interface, API tier, Service tier, and data tier. You will collaborate with our team of deployment engineers to install software at client sites. Responsibilities:
- Hire, manage and coach technical teams to ensure success in reaching their goals
- Provide oversight to ensure coding standards are adhered to
- Ensure Cloud SaaS platform meets availability and performance KPIs
- Act as system architect and software development (systems/application developer) technical expert.
- Work with deployment engineers installing software at client sites
- Promote excellence in the design and development of our architecture
- Ensure adherence to Agile processes and strong CI/CD practices
- Manage hardware vendor relationships and coordinate video processing/transcoding
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
- Act as the Technical expert in design & interface development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of People Management experience
- 10+ years of Software Development experience (Full Stack)
- 5+ years of Cloud experience (AWS & Azure)
- Deep knowledge and experience with architecting and developing cloud-based SaaS products using Microsoft Azure or equivalent technologies.
- Deep knowledge and experience in cloud-based SaaS operations, including platform telemetry and management
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile processes (SCRUM/Kanban), and cognitive AI
- Proficiency in SQL, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript, PowerShell, and REST
- Familiarity with technical transformations and infrastructure as code (IAC)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical teams effectively
- Clear background checks and comply with high regulation procedures
