We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by executing effective email marketing campaigns and driving customer engagement for our clients.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
- Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns;
- Create compelling and personalized content to enhance customer engagement;
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
List Management:
- Maintain and segment email lists to target specific audience segments;
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and manage opt-out requests promptly.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of email campaigns;
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging across various marketing channels;
- Collaborate with other departments to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Automation:
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize email workflows;
- Develop and maintain automated email programs for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Testing and Optimization:
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new techniques to improve email marketing performance;
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and design elements to enhance email effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably with Klaviyo;
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends;
- Solid knowledge of Canva (or equivalent);
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work;
- Experience in fashion marketing (an asset).
