Description:
Strategic Planning
- Share responsibility with the eCommerce Team Leader for Net Sales, SOM and ROAS. Individually own other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and subscription rates.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Team Leader and Business Account Manager (BAM) to develop strategic eCommerce customer account plans and comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the eCommerce landscape to maintain a competitive edge. Act as a liaison with Global and US eCommerce marketing leaders to monitor industry best practices and implement them effectively.
- Assists with annual budgeting process and monthly CBP discipline to forecast sales volume, GTN and A&P spend and to develop and deliver presentations to leadership and\or executive teams.
eComm Media Management and Financial Management
- Lead development of an eCommerce Search and Media plan in collaboration with the agency.
- Manage the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget allocated for eCommerce initiatives. Provide Budget recommendations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of PO and invoice payment requests.
- Monitor the execution and results of eComm media campaigns. Provide clear direction to the agency to implement corrective actions or plan optimizations.
- Deploy solutions across paid, earned, and shared media channels to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion rates.
