Responsible for the daily operation and management of the e-commerce platform, including but not limited to product listing, promotion planning, and execution.
Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and develop sales strategies.
Work closely with the supply chain and marketing teams to ensure sales targets are met.
Handle customer inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage the e-commerce team to improve work efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
No degree Applied
At least three years of experience in e-commerce operations or related areas( Amazon or relative online platform)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools, with strong market analysis skills.
Candidates with an accounting background will be given preference.
Preference will be given to candidates with a logistics background.
