Key Responsibilities:

📲 Use the Strug Inc. app to receive ride requests, access navigation, and process fares.
💼 Assist passengers as needed, including helping with luggage or addressing accessibility needs.
🚘 Perform routine checks on your vehicle and report maintenance issues.
🚦 Follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
🌍 Provide local information if passengers request it.
📝 Handle incidents or accidents reports if necessary.

Required Qualifications:
✅ Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
✅ Minimum age: 21 years.
✅ Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets Strug Inc.’s standards.
✅ Ability to use and navigate the Strug Inc. driver app on a smartphone or tablet.
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✅ Clean driving record with no major violations.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
➕ Previous experience in ride-share driving, taxi services, delivery driving, or other transport roles is an asset but not required.
