Description:
Provide divisional coordination and project management support including coordinating:
- division-wide communications and reporting
- communications and interactions with senior leaders
- special projects including project plan development and status monitoring
- divisional strategic and business planning
- document and content management
- periodic CRMS team meetings and documentation of key decisions and outcomes
- budget planning and variance analysis
- procurements required by the division
- administrative support for the Senior Director and CRMS team members as required
Major Responsibilities:
1. Division-wide communications and reporting
- Managing reporting schedules amongst CRMS staff relating to quarterly Enterprise Risk reporting requirements
- Coordinating communication of ERM reporting deliverables to Strategy and CEO’s office
2. Communications and interactions with senior leaders
- Coordinating meetings with Risk representatives from across the business
- Attendance at key Risk representative meetings and documentation of key decisions and action items
- Collating and communicating pre-read materials to senior executives required for CRMS staff to facilitate quarterly discussions
3. Special projects including project plan development and status monitoring
- Development of project planning and status tracking deliverables for all in-flight CRMS projects
- Documentation and collation of all project related materials beyond project plans and status updates, to include key project artefacts (user guides and job aids, executive presentations, project post-mortems)
