Reporting to the Dean, of Community Services and LEID, the successful candidate will provide support for the effective delivery of academic programs through distance learning modes of delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and photocopy materials for distribution to students learning at a distance;
  • Prepare mail to all sites as well as incoming mail to students and professors;
  • Assist with the proper functioning of campus distant learning delivery equipment, including our video conferencing equipment;
  • Assist with invigilating tests and exams;
  • Maintain student files, records, statistical data and reports; and
  • Assist students with their academic needs.

What you will need to be considered:

  • High school diploma and some degree specializing in word processing/computer applications, records

management, and office administration.

  • Minimum of (2) years of related and progressive work experience. Clerical and/or receptionist experience with knowledge of office procedures and computer applications is required.
