Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Revenue Growth Management to spearhead the expansion of our revenue and profitability across all our channels and major customers. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop and execute strategies that optimize revenue opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute a comprehensive revenue growth plan aligned with the company's objectives, focusing on volume, margin growth, and optimizing channel & customer mix.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Leadership and Marketing, to identify and leverage new revenue growth opportunities, optimize trade strategies, and refine pricing and packaging strategies. Regular coordination with our RGM teams in the US and internationally will be essential.
Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
Lead the development of effective pricing strategies and review customer investments that enhance revenue.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth.
Provide clear leadership and guidance to the Revenue Growth Management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in trade optimization, including strategic and operational comprehension of their impacts across the business.
Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing trade promotions, with the ability to conduct accurate pre- and post-evaluations using ROI measurements. Experience in scenario planning to optimize profit and growth is highly valued.
Previous experience in a similar role within Customer Sales or Finance is recommended.
Experience thriving in high-growth, highly agile environments.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Strong leadership & coaching skills with the capability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with Nielsen and its tools.
Thorough understanding of the Canadian marketplace and the dynamics between brands, retailers, and consumers.
