Community Engagement that will help lead and expand our brand awareness , products, and community building, whether its at one of our many physical coffeehouses in Ottawa, or online, at the grocery store in Ontario and soon across Canada. You will be a data-driven marketer, an experienced storyteller with extensive experience in Guest acquisition and retention, who will lead our national marketing strategy across coffeehouse, grocery, and digital channels. You will work closely with key stakeholders in ensuring our Guest experience and brand story is cohesive across all channels. Your creativity and managerial experience will enhance our existing leadership team that is laser focused on product sustainability and stewardship, Guest service excellence and business growth.
You will have a hands-on role working with a small, but growing team, to build a world-class omnichannel marketing and brand strategy from concept to execution. You will report directly to the President, bringing together all channel strategies to deliver a premium Bridgehead experience at each Guest touchpoint to drive
Guest acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels to support revenue growth across digital, grocery and coffeehouses.
- Continue to build on the legacy of Bridgehead with a focus on engaging with the communities we do business in – from local sales marketing programs, fundraising, community events and more.
- Develop and manage marketing, brand and Guest acquisition programs, campaigns, and budgets, measuring and scaling the impact of those channels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in a strong product marketing function focused on competitive positioning, Guest insight and market demands.
- Ensure the voice of the Guest is always heard and understood. Lead market and Guest research initiatives, segmentation, and persona building. Ensure Guest data from our multiple channels are being leveraged to create insights that lead to loyalty building and revenue growth.
- Oversee the execution of loyalty-building and Guest growth activity through email marketing, content marketing, social media, mobile and any other future channels.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to attract new Guests, build enduring relationships, and drive foot traffic through a premium in-store experience.
- Prepare briefings for the rest of the senior team on business performance and recommendations for improved performance. Create a framework for reporting on marketing KPIs and in-process metrics.
- Lead, manage and grow the marketing team. Manage key vendors, partners, and agencies.
- Lead the communications and PR strategy, together with chosen vendors.
- Monitor and report on marketing costs and expenses, ROI, working metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- At least 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2C environment with experience managing a team and leading strategy.
- A hands-on leader that can roll up their sleeves and make big things happen within a small yet driven organization.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, a good person who cares about people and the community.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Understanding of consumer trends, behaviour, and consumer empathy as well as a dedication to creating a premium Guest experience.
- Data-driven marketing experience with a history of growing a brand nationwide.
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and understanding the role of each tactic in Guest growth.
