Collaborate with internal departments to create buzz and excitement around new products, partnerships, employment opportunity/employer branding and other corporate messaging
Monitor google accounts and DMs to ensure they meet the 401 Auto RV Group’s branding and professional image and direct/escalate inquiries as appropriate
Protect the company’s brand and keep a consistent pulse on relevant Canadian automotive & RV news and trending topics
Provide insights for the organization based on social listening, market trends and platform innovations
Utilize analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Write and generate engaging and thought-provoking content as required
