Description:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Director of eCommerce to lead our digital team at Kit and Ace. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding and steering our digital marketing and eCommerce efforts. The right candidate will work closely with various departments like Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, Retail Operations, and external partners to offer guidance, set direction, and drive our growth plans.
Strategic & Financial Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy that drives profitable online channel growth.
- Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct in-depth performance analysis, and offer actionable insights to drive positive outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital marketers
- Take ownership of the eCommerce P&L.
- Expand market reach into international territories and identify untapped eCommerce opportunities.
- Enhance the user experience to create a seamless shopping journey.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing campaigns to increase eCommerce sales and profitability.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions across online channels.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to execute and scale an acquisition strategy through both online and offline marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), Paid Social, search engine optimization (SEO), and external partnerships.
- Continuously identify, test, and implement new marketing channels while measuring existing channels to drive key performance indicators.
- Utilize A/B tests to optimize paid ads and site conversion.
- Leverage consumer insights and feedback to make data-driven decisions and enhance the overall consumer experience.
- Keep updated on new, relevant technologies to drive consumer experience and website optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in eCommerce with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks as needed.
