What will you be accountable for?

• Company wide communications strategies and operations; overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department including budgeting, planning and reporting.
• Leading a team of eight marketing and communications professionals and promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Managing external and internal communications to share NSP's brand story with customers, employees, the media and key stakeholders while increasing a broader profile and reputation.
• Serving as a key advisor to the Executive team on all matters of long-term marketing, branding and strategic communications as well as in-the-moment crisis communications.
• Being available for on-call and after hours work on projects and issues management. This role plays a hands-on role during storm restoration and must be available to work during storms.
