Description:
You will work closely with the GTM Lead to define the direct marketing requirements based on the business’ commercial goals and objectives, whilst delivering creative and broader campaign delivery/coordination across channels. You will lead direct marketing activity, working in an agile way, with teams composed of key SMEs from the Marketing Centres of Excellence; the activity within the team could include a combination of email, direct mail, push notification, SMS, social media, search, display etc. This role will also be responsible for campaign reporting and insight communication from post campaign analysis, and reporting including driving data and insight-led recommendations to drive future optimisation.
Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our York or Bristol offices.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Demonstrable, extensive experience of end-to-end marketing planning and delivery (B2C focus), ideally within financial services.
An understanding of new marketing technology (i.e., Adobe Marketing Cloud) and the potential this offers to transform marketing.
A real passion for developing and leading on the delivery of creative and performance-led marketing activity.
Experience of managing and optimising significant marketing budgets.
Ability to work alongside various stakeholders confidently and collaboratively, demonstrating role model behaviours
What you’ll get for this role (FYI – salary and benefits will be offered pro rata for duration of the contract):
Annual salary between £40,000 and £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
